Sixth Grade: Family

 

Questions:

  1. How many people are there in your family?
  2. Do you have any brothers or sisters?
  3. Tell me about someone in your family.
  4. How do your parents earn a living? What are their jobs?
  5. What does your family usually do on Sundays?
  6. Does your family eat meals together? What else do you do together?
  7. Describe some fun family activities that family members can do together.
  8. What are some things families can do to be happy together?
  9. Is your family important to you? Why?
  10. Who does the housework in your family (e.g. cleaning, cooking)?
  11. Having many children or only one child: which is better? Why?
  12. Will you always live with your parents? Why? / Why not?
  13. Why do people decide to have kids?
  14. How will families be different 100 years in the future?
  15. How were families different 100 years ago?
